Take the Garden State Parkway south to end of the Parkway.

Stay left on Route 109 South toward Cape May for a half mile.

Turn left onto Ocean Drive at the light
(before Cape May Bridge).

Turn Right into Harbor View Marina
(before Mill Creek Bridge).

Stay to the Left, and go to end of parking lot.
